No one contacted me yesterday evening wondering about access to this article, so I assume no one’s read it yet. It’s pretty dense. But I don’t want to fatigue anybody after the last couple of dense articles we’ve looked at: you can lightly skim this one, make note of any parts you’d like to talk about in depth, and we’ll deal with those in class. We’ll try to devote most of our time to the proposal outlines.
